3. DRmare Strictly Abides by the Above Copyright Regulations

#1. DRmare Never Circumvent DRM Copyright Protection

Lots of music streaming services use the "DRM technology" to protect their contents from being "direct download". This will ensure that only authorized users can enjoy the music streams.

DRmare respects the regulations and has never bypassed DRM technology. DRmare only records unprotected music streams, which come from the system sound card. Besides, songs can never be recorded with DRmare without subscribing to the music streaming services.

#2. DRmare Never Accesses Encrypted Music

Some audio files are also protected by their provider from being recorded. This is done technically because the music data on the computer is only processed in encrypted form and only decrypted in the display device. DRmare has never tried to circumvent the protection to access encrypted music data. So, DRmare cannot record and save such audio content.

#3. DRmare Aims to Record Audios in a Simpler Way

The contents which are without the against recording protection can be recorded by DRmare.

It is possible to record exactly the same content with any audio recording tool also. In fact, the recording of streaming audio content which hasn't with the recording protection by the provider, doesn't bypass effective protection, can also be seen from the fact that this may even be seen with 'on-board means'.

4. Provider's terms and conditions

When you subscribe to commercial music streaming services, you may have agreed to the terms and conditions that limit your rights to record music content. Please make sure you double-check these terms and conditions before using DRmare to record such streams. DRmare will not take any responsibility if you violate such regulations that you have agreed to.
