Q3. How do I cancel the DRmare subscription?

A4. If you've purchased the wrong software by mistake, simply buy the correct one from our website first. Then, email us at support@drmare.com with both your new and old order IDs. We'll process a refund for your incorrect purchase right away.

Q1. Why can I convert the first 30 seconds of each song?

A1. This is a limitation of the free trial version of DRmare software. To unlock the ability to convert full songs, you will need to purchase a license for the software.

Q2. How to fix conversion issues of music converter?

A2. If you're having trouble converting songs, the problem may be caused by your computer's settings. Try these four solutions first: 1. Check song availability: Ensure the songs you're trying to convert are still available and playable on their original platform. 2. Disable security software: Temporarily turn off your antivirus and firewall, as they can sometimes interfere with the conversion process. 3. Check audio output: Make sure your output speakers or headphones are properly connected. 4. Remove network proxy: Do not use any network proxy settings, as they can also block the conversion.

Q3. How to fix DRmare won't open on my Mac?

A3. This message appears on macOS 10.15 Catalina and later versions when you try to open an application not downloaded from the App Store. You can refer to our guide, "How to Open DRmare on macOS 10.15 Catalina or later versions," to solve this issue and successfully launch the application.

Q4. Does DRmare M4V Converter work on macOS High Sierra?

A4. We apologize, but DRmare M4V Converter for Mac is not yet fully compatible with macOS High Sierra or above versions. In the meantime, we recommend one of the following solutions: 1. Downgrade your macOS: If possible, downgrade your operating system from High Sierra to Sierra. 2. Use the Windows version: If you have access to a Windows PC, you can use our Windows version of the software. If you have already purchased the Mac version, please contact us at support@drmare.com and we will switch your license code to the Windows version for free.

Q5. How many songs can I convert at once?

A5. There is no specific limit on the number of songs you can convert at once. The software is designed to handle batch conversion, which means you can add entire playlists, albums, and even full artist discographies to the conversion queue at one time.
