  • Is it secure to purchase from your website?

    Sure. Our payment service is provided by the famous payment platform. All the info will be encrypted during the transaction. It is 100% safe.

  • What is the difference between the trial version and the paid version?

    Generally there is no functional difference between the trial version and the paid version except a conversion time length limitation on the output media files with the trial version.

  • What kinds of payment methods do you support?

    Our payment service is provided by Stripe, you can pay by credit cards, band debits, bank redirects, bank transfers, buy now, pay later, real-time payments, vouchers, and wallets.

  • Can I order a physical CD for the software?

    We don't provide physical CD nowadays as our software keeps updating constantly all the time. We'd recommend you to download directly from our website to get the latest version to ensure best performance.

  • Is it a one-time off payment, or do I have to pay on time?

  • What can I do if I buy a wrong software by accident?

    You can reorder your right software from our website and then inform us by email with those two order IDs at support@drmare.com. We will then refund the wrong order for you.

  • Do I have to purchase both versions if I want to use it on Windows and Mac?

    Yes, the Windows and Mac versions are two standalone products. So if you want to use the program on Windows and Mac, you need to buy the products respectively.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We offer 14 days money guarantee for monthly license and 30 days money guarantee for yearly/lifetime license. If you encounter any issue of our software within 14 days or 30 days, you can contact us to solve it for you or request a refund. For more info, you can visit our upgrade & refund policy.

  • Can I get free license of DRmare products?

  • How do I cancel a monthly or yearly license subscription?
