Can't register the software or have any registraion related questions? Check the following FAQs to find the anwers in seconds.   • Q1: Where can I find my registration code after purchasing?

    A: After purchasing, you will get the software license info by email instantly. If you can't find it from inbox, please check the spam box. Also, you can email us to resend it to you.

  • Q2: How to register the software with the license info?

    A: 1. For windows versions, you can click the option icon at the upper right corner and choose 'Register', then you will see the register window. Please copy and paste the licensed email and code to register it directly.
    2. For Mac versions, after launching the software, you can click on the software main screen and then you will see the product menu show on the top of the screen. Please click the product menu and choose 'Register', finally fill the license info to register it.

  • Q3: What can I do if I receive the error 'registration code is invalid'?

    A: 1.Please check if you input the licensed email and code correctly. You'd better copy and paste to input the license info.
    2.You can check if you download the right software. It only works on the exact software you bought only. If you try both solutions but still can't register it, you can contact us by email to get further assistance.

  • Q4: How many computers can I use the software for?

    A:We have two different licenses, single user license and family license. Under single user license, you can use the software for only 1 PC. Else if you buy a family license, you can use it for 2~5 PCs.

  • Q5: Can I reinstall the software if I update the system of my computer?

    A: Yes, sure. You can simply reinstall the software and use the original license email and code to register it. If there is a register issue, you can contact us by email to get further assistance.

  • Q6: Where can I download the paid version after purchasing?

    A: The trial version and paid version are the same software. If you have already installed the trial version, you just need to input the license info to register it to the full version. Else you can go back to our software download center to install the software.

  • Q7: Can I switch my software to a new computer?

    No. It's well-noted that a single-user license can be used on one computer only. If you'd like to switch our software to a new computer or use it on more computers, please purchase the family license.

  • Q8: Can I switch my license from Mac to Windows version or vice versa?

    All our licenses for DRmare multimedia tools are life-time use on the specified platform, which means you can upgrade DRmare software for free in the future, no matter what changes made in the update.
    You can contact our support team to switch the license between the different operating systems for free within one week after you purchased it. Otherwise, you have to buy a new license key for your computer running a different OS.
