Can't register the software or have any registraion related questions of DRmare software? Check the following FAQs to find the anwers in seconds.   • Where can I find my registration code after purchasing?

    After purchasing, you will get the software license info by email instantly. If you can't find it from inbox, please check the spam box. Also, you can email us to resend it to you or retrieve it by yourself.

  • How to register the software with the license info?

    Open your DRmare softawre, click the 'Register' icon from the top-right corner, then you will see the register window. Please copy and paste the licensed email and code to register it directly.

  • What can I do if I receive the error 'registration code is invalid'?

    1. Please double-check that the licensed email and registration code have been entered correctly. For accuracy, we highly recommend copying and pasting them directly into the registration fields.
    2. Please ensure the software installed is the correct product and version corresponding to your purchase, as licenses are product-specific. If registration still fails after confirming this, simply reply to this email for further, personalized assistance.

  • How many computers can I use the software for?

    Our licensing options include the Single User License, valid for installation on one computer (1 PC), and the Family License, which allows use on 2 to 5 PCs for multi-device households.

  • Can I reinstall the software if I update the system of my computer?

    Yes, sure. You can simply reinstall the software and use the original license email and code to register it. If there is a register issue, you can contact us by email to get further assistance.

  • Where can I download the paid version after purchasing?

    The trial version and the paid version are the exact same software. If you already have the trial installed, there's no need to re-download! Simply enter your license information directly into the trial application to instantly register and unlock the full version. If you have not yet installed the software, you can easily download it from our download center.

  • Can I switch my software to a new computer?

    No. It's well-noted that a single-user license can be used on one computer only. If you'd like to switch our software to a new computer or use it on more computers, please purchase the family license.

  • Can I switch my license from Mac to Windows version or vice versa?

    All our licenses for DRmare multimedia tools are life-time use on the specified platform, which means you can upgrade DRmare software for free in the future, no matter what changes made in the update.
    You can contact our support team to switch the license between the different operating systems for free within one week after you purchased it. Otherwise, you have to buy a new license key for your computer running a different OS.
