Part 1. Are There Any Limitations on Apple Music
Apple Music Quick Introduction
Apple Music is one of the top streaming music platforms like Spotify, Amazon, Google Play in the world. It was not released until June 8, 2015. But it has been increasing quickly with its large base of iOS users and the fantastic feature of Beat 1 radio which broadcasts live to over 100 countries 24 hours a day. As of now, Apple Music has superseded Spotify as the most popular music source in USA.
Apple Music doesn't have a free tier service, but it offers up to 3 months free trial. Anyone can sign up the free trial to enjoy the full features such as unlimited skips for Apple Music radio stations, unlimited listening for all the songs from the Apple Music library as well as your own iTunes library which you upload to iCloud..

Does Apple Music Has No Limitations
On one hand, it is right that after you get the membership you can download unlimited songs from Apple Music to any compatible devices as long as you have big enough space and large bandwidth.
But on the other hand, unlike other songs you bought and downloaded from iTunes, the songs you downloaded from Apple Music are merely cached on your local devices. This means it is not limitless.
#1. You can only download songs to the device with authorization of Apple ID and password.
#2. You need to have a live membership to keep the downloaded Apple Music. Else they will miss from your library.
#3. You can't distribute Apple Music outside of Apple's ecosystem.
